Conover Securities Corporation Business Continuity Statement
Conover Securities Corporation (“CSC” or the “Firm”) is providing this document to inform you of its ability to respond to certain events causing disruptions to business. Consistent with its current business continuity program CSC maintains backup facilities separate from its primary geographical location. CSC will use these facilities to continue business operations in the event of a significant business disruption (SBD). The plan is reviewed annually and updated as needed.
Since the timing and severity of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on our business continuity plan. Although our recovery time would necessarily depend upon the nature of the disruption and the availability of external resources, we are confident that we will be able to recover and resume normal business operations in a reasonable period of time.
Disruption to a Single Building
If we experience a firm only disruption, CSC has provisions for the setup up of offsite facilities from which we are able to continue to perform critical business functions. CSC would expect to resume business within one day for this type of event. Clients will still be able to contact us at 425-455-1040 or via email.
